Creating Space for Each Other

A workshop about listening, understanding and making space for one another
The July Team had a meaningful workshop with Svetlana, exploring what “safe space” means to each of us and how we can create space for ourselves and others in a complex world.

Through open conversations and shared experiences, we discovered different perspectives and learned about different approaches to pedagogy.
The workshop gave us space to explore these ideas together, thinking about things like courage, curiosity, uncertainty, belonging, trust and listening.
And of course, there was tea, laughter and time to simply be together.
Creating space is not only about the physical environment. It’s about creating opportunities to listen, understand, learn and grow together.

A beautiful reminder that sometimes, creating space starts with simply being present.
